I ordered a bath mid February and was advised delivery would be within a week. I've been in touch since then and was advised that someone would organise delivery ASAP however, since emailing and trying to contact them on a number of occasions no one has responded to my emails or messages and have had no further contact. I've had to delay my bathroom fitter without any indication when the bath will be delivered. Absolutely appalling service given I have tried email, live chat & phone but nothing at all...very disappointed!
