This site must be fraudulent. Like most other customers I ordered an Imperial loo seat in October 2022 -still not received. The company does not answer emails and gives no telephone contact at all. I have now contacted Trading Standards and BBC and suggest all of you with the same problem do the same. Definitely do NOT buy from this company.
