Worst customer service ever experienced. Items requested not supplied, but sent different item worth half the price and charged the price of the originally order item. Attempts to return and get a refund thwarted at each step and any excuse used by Nationwide Bathrooms not to refund promptly.
You cannot use any contact method other than email as they don't provide any. Try ringing there sales people and they block that as a means to contact the support team.
