Fine- unless you need a refund. I made a mistake with my order and ordered wall hung toilets instead of back to wall toilets, so I contacted Nationwide bathrooms to arrange a return. They have a very slow and clunky refund process whereby you need to submit a request, receive approval (each of which takes a couple of working days) and then organise your own postage and return them within five days of receipt. I did all of this, but Nationwide refused the return as they said that the items were damaged. The boxes were unopened, so no damage had occurred and were returned to me in pristine condition. It would have been better if they had simply refused a refund and I could have tried to resell the toilets elsewhere rather than paying for a courier in my attempt to return them. I would completely avoid buying from nationwide - the customer service is terrible.
