They took my money in November, delivered only half the order, gave only overnight notice of delivery the next morning leaving me no option but to cancel my appointments. Finally the rest of the order arrived in their warehouse beginning of January and I have struggled since then to arrange delivery. Despite telling them I couldn't be here the first slot because I was away all week, they still tried to deliver later that week. After two attempts they seemed to give up. Six phone calls later with broken promises of call backs, they have, this morning, finally confirmed delivery for this afternoon. Just as well I had to cancel meetings because I have one of these viruses going round. Never ever again
