Ordered a 50mm shower waste outlet and paid with Paypal, received a 90mm shower waste which of course was useless, requested a refund but was told that I had to pay for the return of the incorrect item before they would issue a credit. Went though the Paypal resolution process and 4 weeks later got a refund but only for the original cost NOT the £7.34 it cost me to to return an item that was incorrectly sent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS
