Refused my return claiming the outer box was damaged. Didn't even check inside to see the actual path panel. I wasn't update to say this had happened. I'd been waiting for over two weeks. Had to ring them myself to find all of this out. The person I'd spoken to over the phone was rude, dismissive and sarcastic.
Avoid this retailer like Covid-19. Extremely poor service all round. The company is a joke. Needs a lot of improvement.
Having looked at the reviews it's clear this situation is not uncommon. I've emailed the ombudsman already.
