Arrived on time. Item was well packaged when it came and fitting the replacement toilet seat was an absolute dawdle. Build quality looks excellent although only time will tell in that respect. I had reviewed other sites prior to purchase and Bathstore was one of the few companies that provided all the fine detail, in terms of measurements.
