Ordering was easy. They even let me add an item subsequently to the order and refunded the delivery cost on the original order as it took the value over the threshold for free delivery. Delivery was stress-free, as the courier got in touch in advance to agree on a date, contacted me on the day with a (short) time slot, and texted me when he was within half an hour of the house. And I'm really pleased with the products. Very happy!
