First time user but a pleasant surprise. The website is easy to use, information over the phone accurate and helpful. The one item they couldn't give info on they gave me manufacturers number so sorted straight away. It took about a week (as stated) for everything to arrive but again good service, thank you all up and running now, and looks great.
