I used their delivery / collection service. I specifically chose to hire it on a Friday so it could be returned the next day, rather than pay for a whole weekend hire. They did not collect it the next day, or Sunday. They phoned to arrange pick up on Monday, which they later cancelled. They finally picked up on Tuesday. They finished by charging me over £400 for an ‘extension’ to the hire. Marcelle, apparently the only person in the company that can deal with issues, will not take calls or phone back.
