Incredibley poor experience. Please don't use this company if you have high blood pressure or like good service. Hired a van to move house, was told 3 days before delivery it was going to be late due to the last hires damage, not ideal but no ones fault. Asked to call at 10 am on the delivery day and had the misfortune of my call being answered by Dean. Rude does not even come close. Long story short, rude and unhelpful and unresponsive company. Every time I called I was told to email. This while I was needing to move furniture out of my house for a deadline. Finally got the van, asked to change pick up address, was told there was a charge for this. 8 days later they have still not collected the van. Alsoy complaint has not been acknowledged in the 7 days since lodging it.tionwidehireuk.co.uk
