It's my first time using raw for my dog so I was a little nervous of the transition as there is so much conflicting information out there, but it was the right decision and Naturaw has made it very easy to make that change. LouLou, my 10yr old GSD used to be really underwhelmed at meal times, sometimes not eating at all, but now as soon as she hears the freezer open she gets really excited and eats every last bit of her meals which I just love to see. The different choice of meals makes it more interesting for her each day and it's really reassuring to know that what she's eating is all natural ingredients and that she genuinely does enjoy mealtimes now. The packaging is great, the service is great. I'm really glad I was told about Naturaw.
