Excellent customer service.
How a company deals with a problem tells me whether I should stay with them or find a better alternative. I recently had to contact Naturaw regarding a delivery that had resulted in the food being unusable. The issue was quickly resolved and a replacement speedily arrived. We were happy and so was Lurcher Willow.
