I’ve fed Naturaw to my dog’s for a few years. I personally had no complaints with the old packaging. The new boxes? They’re different, I’m starting to get used to them but I don’t like the little paper sheet, it’s messy and slippery. I don’t like that I can’t reseal the boxes like I could the old ones. I’m not so keen on the finer mince. I liked it chunky and more rough looking. Having said all that, the dogs and cats adore it and do very well on it and don’t care at all about packaging!
