Delivered when said and packaging and quality of food is very good. My dog though doesn't eat large amounts so being able to split the pack into two from frozen would be helpful for me - or offer small packs ? A lot easier than preparing food ourselves though. I ordered taster box which unfortunately had 8 turkey based packs in it and as my dog will not eat turkey it wasn't a great start but I'm not put off - yet.
