The food is as great as it has been since we have been using it and our cats love it. However, the packaging has recently changed and we are finding it more difficult to use. The film doesn't open properly when you pull it so you end up with a rip through the middle. We also thought the previous cardboard lid was good as it meant you could seal it whereas now it is left open in our fridge unless we take it all out and put it in another container. The little piece of paper which sits under the food rips when we portion out the food and makes it difficult to scrape all the bits out as I don't like wasting any of it. Apart from the packaging, I love the ethos of Nature raw. I like that they make sure that the animals are humanly killed and are aware of packaging waste.
