My dog loves the food so no issues there at all!
I just wanted to comment on the new trays. I thought the sugar cane trays were perfect. Compact, with good lids, and no spillage. Why did they change?
The new ones look great but are far bigger than they need to be, have no lids, and the absorbent sheet does not absorb much, if any, meat juices and ends up a soggy mess at the bottom.
I really like your ethos and excellent quality food which Molly has now thrived on for several years.
