Been a customer for a few years now and my pack of dogs absolutely love the food. The new Fish & Chick, however they were definately not keen on. 3 out of 4 dogs walked away! So that is one we didn't buy again. Packaging is good, all compostable, recylcable. There are a couple of downsides to the new packaging - the paper liner which is supposed to help reduce the food sticking to the packaging seems to attract certain flavours to it. Much more than the old style of packaing. Unless you manage to decant the food into your tupperware type containers before it is fully defrosted then this is very frustratring - and you now have to touch the food in order to peel off the extra paper. The Sensitive food doesn't appear to have this paper liner and slides out smoothly with no wastage. But because my dogs thrive on the food I won't let these two things stop me buying it. One star removed for the packaging.
