Our dogs used to love Naturaw & we love your ethics. However one by one they have all stopped eating it. The paper sheet now including in the packaging is also really annoying. I don't know what you've changed, but for 4 dogs to go off the same food something has definitely changed. The service is excellent, the ethics are excellent, the courier (DPD) is also excellent. But as they won't eat it we won't be buying any more.
