I have been using Naturaw for quite a few years now. I, and especially my fur babies love the quality of the food. The mince is not all wet and sloppy like a lot of other raw foods. I'm not sure I prefer the packaging as we sometimes have trouble tearing the plastic but that's a minor problem. My biggest concern is....since we moved a few months ago we have had to rely on ordering direct from Naturaw as there isn't a local supplier. If you order a starter box, postage is free, but you dont get to choose your own flavours. If you order the same amount but choose your own flavours, postage in £7.50. And then you don't even receive your order on time! But that was DPD not Naturaw. I was disappointed with the service.
