Really happy with this food - it meets all my credentials which are 1) High quality food for my companion animals 2) High welfare ingredients using free-range and organic meats 3) All the packaging is compostable so really easy to deal with 4) Affordable I have also been really happy with the customer service - eg if a protein isn’t in stock online they have helped source it and have always been very knowledgeable in answering my nutritional questions. One thing I’m happy to see is the new subscription service! This is great to not have to think about it and also not worry that when I try to order, it might be out of stock (my creature has very specific dietary needs). One thing I would change: not having to have 8x wool packs… I do one delivery to last three months, which means waiting a year before returning them. I’m not bothered about not getting a discount on my next order, would prefer to be able to send them back each time (maybe in a soft prepaid envelope that two wool packs could fit into?).
