Love the product or at least my dog does! Have a few issues with the packaging, some proteins have a small rectangle of paper in the bottom of the tray which is unnecessary and can't be recycled as all the meat sticks to it. Secondly when we return the wool liners the credit can't be used easily against a subscription which just causes unnecessary hassle.
