Prompt delivery, really nice range of meals, compostable packaging, but the single most important thing for us is the fact that the meals are sourced from high welfare meat. As a family we don’t eat meat, so we really don’t want to abandon our principals around animal welfare when feeding our dog. There are an increasing number of raw dog food providers but very few who can provide any reassurance about the welfare of the animals from which the meat is sourced.
