I have only placed one order and had an initial payment problem though it was resolved quickly after I emailed the company. I was surprised by how little packaging was used and everything was still frozen when it arrived. Delivery was very quick. The food was smelling fine and easy to thaw out. A good quality food of which you need to feed less than kibble and wet. Will be regularly ordering.
