Having recently changed to your raw from another complete raw food supplier, I can say that I love your company ethos and the way you care about our planet. There are a few things I thought were worth feeding back to you as follows: The look of the food:- My previous food supplier was https://www.able.dog/ and despite me bringing to their attention that their packaging was harming our planet, they simply said it was not cost effective to change to an eco friendly packaging. Each of their blocks of raw food came in separate plastic wrappers and the delivery box was lined with polystyrene. However, the food looked so much nicer than your product. I have included pictures to demonstrate this. Able offer a chunky option rather than just minced and I’m sure this must be nicer for my dog to eat and it certainly looked nicer for me to see. Your food is always brown on the outside and pink in the middle and is minced so it is hard to see the raw ingredients. Take a look at the pictures as they speak for themselves. The cost of delivery:- Your delivery costs seem quite high compared to other suppliers on the market. This adds quite a bit to each order. Maybe you could offer a discount of some kind? Maybe a dog paw (like a Costa coffee bean) for each order and get the 6th order delivery cost free? Just an idea. Also, the food was slightly defrosted which never happened with Able in the entire time I received deliveries from them. Packaging:- The packaging is great from an eco friendly point of view but I can get far less of them in my freezer. I was able to get 60kg in my freezer with the Able food but as it was in frozen blocks, now I can only fit 40kg of your product in, at a squeeze unless I decant the product, which I don’t want the hassle of doing. This also means I have to order more often and that means more delivery cost. Please take this as constructive feedback as I think your company is great and so many things are right!
