I love the plastic-free packaging and high welfare standards; my dog loves the food. She was unwell a few years ago and ever since has been very fussy about eating but she seems to enjoy Naturaw. She actually eats her dinner! It's a real pleasure and relief to see her eating happily. Also, the food looks and smells good. Some previous brands of raw we've used have been a bit stinky! The only minor gripe is that to change the contents of the subscription box (we're still working through what she especially likes or doesn't care for - fussy dog!) I have to email and make a request, it would be great to be able to do that online without accidentally starting a new subscription. Oh and there's often some stuff out of stock.
