My dogs love your food and we love the packaging. It is very encouraging to move away from plastic and the polystyrene used by others. My only issue is that we would like to order 100% tripe but this is not available as your tripe is mixed with other meat. Also, it would be helpful if the £5 voucher for returning wool liners could be sent sooner as we usually wait for that before placing another order. Thank you.
