On the plus side, excellent quality, our dog loves the Forage range. I did a lot of research and do believe this is the best available. Deliveries are also prompt and efficient. On the downside, there seems to be quite frequent ‘not in stock’ issues when we want to order. Also the packaging returns scheme, promoted as super-easy, isn’t especially so. It really shouldn’t take a month to process and issue a credit. Great idea, happy to participate, but make it more efficient please.
