We switched to Naturaw after getting fed up of continual poor service from Poppy’s Picnic AND we are so glad we did. The box arrived next day and was beautifully packaged and all food still frozen. The best bonus is that our dog loves this food. He is really excited at meal times and even makes a little squeal of happiness. Thank you Naturaw, we are looking forward to discovering the rest of the range. X
