Food is great and I love the fully recyclable, plastic free packaging initiative. Been using since my pup was 8 weeks and he has thrived on the raw diet. Great variety of mixes as well which has been brilliant to ensure my pup gets a variety of meats in his diet. However, the size of the packaging is a negative. It’s super bulky compared to others suppliers meaning they don’t really fit in my freezer. Now my pup is grown and eating more, I have to order less boxes more frequently in order to fit which is getting expensive. Also the film no longer peels from the packet (this has changed in the last month or so) which makes it much less useful when travelling as I have to have something to pierce the film. These two factors are what’s driving me to look elsewhere now due to cost.
