Food quality is high - much better than others used previously. I like the idea that the packaging can be returned for a voucher against future purchases - seamless and simple process. Progress of deliveries is advised by email and runs to time - thanks DPD. Most importantly this is loved by the dogs! One is a large mastiff, so cost is also an important aspect and happy with the price of the food for the quality
