Fantastic quality food, my puppy is loving it and in great condition. On his previous food he did have bouts of sickness, but this has stopped since he’s been eating Naturaw. Subscription service works well and delivers on time. Great sustainable packaging too. Customer service is good, quick response and resolves queries quickly. My only issue is that you can’t update the content of your subscription online. I’m in the process of moving my puppy to adult food and you either cancel subscription and start again or customer service do this for you (which they were great doing this). I would like to be able to adjust treats or flavours regularly without having to make a special order with Customer Service. Thoroughly recommend Naturaw
