I have been taking their supplements for quite a few years now. with a thyroid issue these are easier to absorb. If you are anemic as i have always been their multi vitamin with iron is the best. I know because i had to take a prescription for iron was not absorbing what my body needed. My labs show no anemia since taking. their osteo and joint supplements are fantastic. I do not wake up with sore shoulders or body aches. I am 64.
