Praise to customer service specialist Miranda Rodriguez for finally resolving a long term problem with Nature City customer serivce! I had stopped buying from them because of marketing phone calls disguised as customer service,, in spite of requests to not be called. She deleted my phone numbers from my account and kept the "do not call" advisory. I can now order again. Which is nice because the product is usually quite good!
