Frankly, I appreciate your products, but do not like the sales points model you are now using. FYI: Today I placed an order. I had 200+ points I need to use by sometime in September. In order to use the points and can only use (points= to) $25 at a time....I have to place two orders. I have not placed the second order yet. Is your intent for customers to jump through unnessesary hoops to make use of the accumulated points before they expire? I appreciated the system you had before you started the point system. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent.
