I am using this for osteoporsis. For 30 years I used another raw calcium product by another company, but saw that his product was recommended by Vivien Goldsmidth so I am giving it a try for 2 years until my next bone density test. I really won't know anything until then. Your product is somewhat more expensive and doesn't have the proprietary vegetable and fruit elements from the other product I used before. But as I said, it came highly recommended by the Save Institute by Vivien Goldsmidth whose spelling I know I have botched.
