Nature City is an amazing company to do business with. If I have needed to return an item, usually because it doesn't agree with my stomach, there is no hesitation. They are professional and friendly. A few months ago I had a technical issue with access to my account. They worked for days to correct it. It turned out to be an issue with my online security .They were so patient and accommodating. They take great care to make certain that the products are always formulated to their high standards. Recently they had received a product that did not meet these standards so they would not distribute it. Yes, I had to wait for a while to get it, but I definitely was impressed with the integrity of this company. Lastly, I have never heard of any other company with a one year guarantee on their products. That tells me that honesty and integrity are are part of the mission statement of Nature City.
