I have been using True Aloe for years. I also gave it to my grandson (he takes 2 each morning as do I). I started giving it to him when he was in high school and he is now teaching and coaching (for 6 years) and married. He says whatever vitamins I give him, he will take without question. I am 90 years old and do not take any perscription drugs. Another thing about pure Aloe - no morning "bad breath". Thank you for our continued health!
