We bought a bat detector after having used one on holiday last year and were very impressed with it. Whilst we have yet to use the one purchased, it is of the same quality, comes with instructions and a list of frequencies for bats found in the UK. The service from this company is second to none. The day after having ordered the product, it arrived safely and was securely packaged. One very happy customer!
