I was really impressed with the service I got from NatureCounters - I rang to say I'd put the wrong address on my order and they immediately knew who I was and what I'd just ordered without my having to tell them! Delivery was really quick, too, even though it was fairly close to Christmas. And the range of equipment they supply is fantastic - I bought a bat detector to use both in our garden and for bat events in our community orchard, and I will certainly return to them for further wildlife-related equipment whenever I need it.
