Ordering the item was simple; the order was dealt with efficiently. The item arrived within a few days: I was notified of the day and time of arrival (it arrived early!) Since it is a gift, I am not in a position to review the item itself.
Incidentally, the same item cost a few pounds more on the Amazon website.
