I recently bought a bat detector and a case for it. I received a phone call to let me know the order would be delayed by a few days and would that be OK. It's not often you get customer service of that high quality. Both products arrived when I was advised they would. Also, I had paid P&P twice so, without asking, the company refunded me the money. i would highly recommend Naturecounters.
