I ordered a woodcrete bird box the delivery was very quick but the birdbox was alas damaged the packaging was very good but I think it was dropped or something rang the sender and he was brilliant sent a new one out in less than 48 hours no quibble about how it was damaged and he was a gentleman thank you for a quality service
