Having been disappointed by the performance of another brand of camera I thought I'd better take some advice this time! In short, the service and advice received from Nature Spy were first class, and the delivery prompt too. I'm seriously impressed with the Camera. The night video performance is impressive, as is the daytime. Being a self-confirmed Luddite, ease of use was high on the 'want' list.
