The screen on my Browning BTC-8A no longer functioned and needed attention. I contacted NatureSpy who suggested that the screen may need to be replaced and quoted an excellent price for the replacement screen. I was told that it would be appropriately four weeks. With the camera now repaired and back in my possession (within the four weeks) and working well, I can only praise the NatureSpy team (and John) for their excellent assistance. I would certainly recommend using NatureSpy for purchasing new camera's and for their support. 10/10 well done.
