I experienced very responsive and helpful assistance from Harry answering my endless questions before I purchased the camera which did arrive the next day as promised. As someone who grew up using a Brownie box camera this was all new technology to me but within the first few days I have accustomed myself to the various operations and processes and am now just waiting for all the local wildlife to come and show itself.
