NatureSpy, the business itself, is excellent, always fair and willing to help solve issues. And unfortunately, there always have been issues involved with the many Browning cameras I have purchased. Every one has failed after what I consider to be an unreasonably short life. Sadly, they border on being not fit for purpose.
