I cannot set up the camera and have rewquested a copy of instructions, so the camera is still in the box. Maybe one day I might get a response.
I had a phone call from Felix who sent me instructions, with an offer to help with a phone call. After speaking to one of the staff, a very helpful lady, I got th camera set up and have now installed it in the garden. Many thanks - good customer service , which is sadly rare nowadays
