I have 4 NatureSpy Wildcam2 cameras (used for bird and hedgehog videos and photos. The camera is very easy to set up and use; the quality of the videos and photos is excellent and clear; the camera internal battery life is long, and is simple to charge by usb, rather than paying a fortune for batteries (which is what I had to do with my previous cameras); it is easy to monitor all four cameras on my ipad/phone in real time (also by alerts), either together or individually; night-time viewing is easy (choice of infrared or colour); saving videos / photos on to the camera's memory card/also to my external hard drive is simple; the Customer Service has been exceptional - very friendly and professional help. I can not praise the Wildcam2 camera and technical team enough - thank you
